Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to FoodPostStudio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for ensuring that team members follow these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, logos, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant FoodPostStudio a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use the content.

4. Generated results and AI models

Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use generated results for your business. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every image, caption, hashtag, accessibility description, and claim before publishing. FoodPostStudio is designed to preserve a real dish, but you must confirm that results do not misrepresent your products.

FoodPostStudio currently uses Qwen Image 3 for image generation and Qwen 3.8 Flash for captions, hashtags, and accessibility descriptions, accessed through OpenRouter. Waffo Pancake provides pre-generation text safety screening. We may update providers or model versions and will update our public disclosures when the systems materially change.

5. AI content standards

You may not use the service to upload, request, generate, edit, promote, or distribute sexual or NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hateful, discriminatory, or targeted abusive content; child sexual abuse material or any other child-unsafe content; deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized impersonation, or fabricated endorsements; or material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights. You also may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, malware, security abuse, or deceptive commercial claims.

6. Safety review, reporting, and enforcement

Generation text may be screened by Waffo Pancake before a request is admitted. Requests may be blocked, delayed, or rejected when they violate policy or cannot be safely verified. Automated systems do not replace your responsibility to review inputs and results.

Report suspected unsafe, illegal, deceptive, or infringing AI content to [email protected]. We may review related account and project records, restrict content, preserve evidence, warn users, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination and, where legally required, reporting to competent authorities. Requests blocked before generation do not consume generation credits; credits associated with a later required safety failure are returned through the credit ledger.

7. Plans, credits, and billing

Prices, included credits, and billing periods are shown before checkout. One generation credit covers one requested image variation and its associated copy. Credits are added only after a verified payment-provider event. A finally failed generation is automatically refunded to the credit ledger. Unless required by law, used credits are non-refundable and unused promotional credits have no cash value.

Subscriptions renew until canceled through the available billing process. Cancellation normally applies at the end of the current paid period. Taxes, refunds, and payment disputes may be handled by the payment provider and applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features. Generation time and availability can depend on third-party providers. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, but we use durable jobs and stored project state so work can continue after you leave a page.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodPostStudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, policy violations, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
