AI Content & Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy applies to every photo, logo, project name, instruction, campaign detail, generated image, caption, hashtag, accessibility description, and other material submitted to or created with FoodPostStudio. It supplements our Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, uploads, and published results comply with this policy and applicable law.
2. Content standards and prohibited categories
You may not use FoodPostStudio to upload, request, create, edit, promote, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual services, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized nudity.
- Violence or graphic content: graphic injury, gore, torture, cruelty, glorification of serious violence, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate physical harm.
- Hate or targeted abuse: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, or that encourages targeted harassment.
- Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization or exploitation of minors, or any content that endangers a child. This category is strictly prohibited.
- Deepfakes, impersonation, or deception: deceptive synthetic media, unauthorized impersonation, fabricated endorsements, misleading identity use, or content intended to mislead people about a real person, business, event, or product.
- Copyright, trademark, and other rights violations: content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights, including unauthorized logos, characters, photographs, trade dress, or confusing brand imitations.
You also may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, malware, security abuse, or deceptive commercial claims. FoodPostStudio is intended for legitimate food-business content based on photos and information you are authorized to use.
3. Accuracy, rights, and commercial use
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every source image, logo, name, instruction, and other input. Review every result before publishing it. Do not publish images or claims that materially misrepresent a dish, portion, ingredient, price, availability, endorsement, or business identity. Generated results may resemble other content and are not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party claims.
4. Platform content review
FoodPostStudio uses Waffo Pancake to screen user-provided generation text before a generation request is admitted. A request may be allowed, sent for review, blocked, or temporarily rejected when the safety service cannot verify it. We store limited decision metadata, policy categories, a provider request identifier, and a one-way content hash for security and audit purposes.
Automated systems are not perfect and do not replace your responsibility to review inputs and results. We may also manually review reported content, related project information, account activity, and relevant audit records where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce this policy, or comply with law.
Requests blocked before generation do not consume generation credits. If a queued request later fails a required safety check, the associated generation credits are returned through the credit ledger.
5. Reporting unsafe or infringing content
Report suspected violations to [email protected] with the subject “Report unsafe or infringing AI content.” Include the project ID or relevant URL, the category of concern, a concise explanation, and evidence that you are authorized to share. Rights holders should identify the protected work or mark and explain the allegedly infringing use.
Do not email or attach suspected CSAM or other illegal material. Send only the project ID, URL, account reference, and a description of the concern. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority.
6. Review and enforcement process
We assess reports based on the available context, severity, recurrence, applicable law, and risks to users, providers, and the public. We may block a request, restrict or remove access to content, preserve relevant evidence, warn a user, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, prevent repeat registrations, or make reports to competent authorities when legally required. Serious child-safety, fraud, threat, or repeat-abuse cases may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome, and privacy or security obligations may limit the details we can share. Knowingly false, abusive, or retaliatory reports may themselves violate this policy.
7. Appeals and questions
If you believe a safety decision or enforcement action was made in error, email [email protected] with the relevant project or account reference and a clear explanation. We may request additional information before completing a review.
8. AI systems used
FoodPostStudio currently uses Qwen Image 3 for image generation and Qwen 3.8 Flash for captions, hashtags, and accessibility descriptions, accessed through OpenRouter. Waffo Pancake provides pre-generation text safety screening. We may update providers or model versions as the service evolves and will update our public disclosures when the systems materially change.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the product, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date.
